Little Z is 9 Months - {MN Baby Photographer}

Oh how I smile when it comes time for another Holly D Baby Club sessin with Ms. Z :) This little girl is SO adorable and this session was no exception. So happy and content while mama does that gorgeous hair of hers and what style sense she has at a young age! ;) She makes the sessions so easy with her cuteness it hardly feels like work at all. So without further adieu.....a tiny sneak peek for cutie Z and her mama :)

Miss H Turns 1! {MN Child Photographer}

I cannot believe a year has already gone by! It seems I was just taking H's newborn photos and here we were at her 1 year photo session already!! I was so lucky that she joined the Holly D Baby Club to get to follow her through her year and what a great year it was. Every shoot we did was cuter than the next and unique! This little girl is ALSO the most DAINTY cake eater I have ever seen!! We bring out the cake for the obligatory cake smash photos and she hardly put a dent in it for quite some time, just daintily taking off frosting pieces and flowers and eating them. Finally towards the end she did get a LITTLE crazy, but still that cake stayed pretty well intact. Thank you so much J family for letting me photograph your beautiful daughter's 1st year :)

The details you've been waiting for! 2011 Mommy and Me Mini Sessions! Mommy and Me Mini Sessions will be taking place Saturday April 9th 2011 at River Inn Studio. They will be by appointment only and space will be limited to please get in touch as soon as possible to secure your place and get first choice in scheduling. These sessions are for mothers and children of "all ages" - from infant to adult, even bring grandma in for some priceless generation photos.

Your mini session with Holly D includes a 20 minute photo shoot with all images from your session presented in high resolution, fully edited on a disc with printing release! You will also get a free set of 8 mini rep cards featuring a photo from your mini session. Other products such as albums and story boards will be available for purchase at a special price the day of the mini sessions. All this is yours for $200! A portion of proceeds from these mini sessions will be donated to the Claire Ann Shover Nursery School. Discs and orders will be delivered or ready for pick up on or before Mother's Day.

Shawna & Dan - MN Maternity Photographer

I met with Shawna and Dan down at the studio for their maternity session and I was so happy to see they brought along lots of personal pieces to incorporate into their session. I just love having those personal touches no matter what kind of session I am working on, it makes things so much more unique to the client. Shawna had all kinds of great and unique ideas- love that! The E Family - MN Family Photographer

I met up with the E family on one of our warmer days this winter- we saw the forecast and took a chance it would be right and the weather was JUST warm enough to cooperate for some outdoors family photos, but we also utilized the studio for some as well. Outdoor winter portraits are so beautiful I was happy we were able to sneak in a few at the end of our session. I photographed Chris and Lacy's wedding last August and I was thrilled to get to work with this great family again. The boys (all of them ;) ) were very cooperative for the photo session and made it a breeze! Mr. L was SO cooperative and little Mr. P had the CUTEST expressions!! {Sisters} - MN Child Photographer

I have too many favorites from this session! These girls are so beautiful and I LOVED their outfits- PERFECT styling for a session- coordinating with lots of texture and LOVE the color scheme! This session is actually the product of when I raffled off a photography package with all benefits going towards supporting a cause dear to my heart, Operation Bootstrap Africa. This all took place in the late spring and we finally got our schedules to align for the shoot. Thank you so much L for your generous bidding on the package and for your "extra help" that day ;)

The A Family - MN Family Photographer

This lovely family made it in through some terrible icey weather for their photo shoot as well. It was pretty cold so we couldn't venture outside for TOO many outside shots like we had hoped, but we still had a lot of fun :) Little sister had QUITE the expressions haha! And dad did a GREAT job wrangling the girls solo as we got started a little early while mom was coming in from work. I also loved their outfits- great job mom! ;)

Miss G- MN Baby & Family Photographer

Can we say cutie!?!?! Oh my goodness this little girl stole my heart! She is so adorable!!! She was a little grumpy to start out, but by the end daddy had her giggling PRETTY good! If we only had a camera pointed at US during the session ;) They had lots of fun Christmas ideas for photos for Christmas cards, but when they pulled out the little cowgirl outfit I KNEW that was going to be so perfect! They are dying for this girl to become a little cowgirl and these pics will be a good kicking off point ;) We are already talking about doing photos again in the summer next year out at their beautiful homestead and I cannot wait to work with this beautiful family again! The B Family- MN Family Photographer

I got to meet up with the adorable Ms. Z and her family for her 6 month photo shoot this ICY ICY morning! I couldn't believe her family made the drive in from Dilworth, but they made it! We also worked in some family shots for Christmas cards into Z's session. Big brothers were full of energy from being cooped up in the white knuckle car ride so it was pretty hilarious some of their posing and facial expressions, especially middle brother ;) But I am super happy with the results and everyone adds their own character and it really shows them as they are. Ms. Z was absolutely a doll as usual. I am so happy she is in the baby club so I get to capture photos of this little beauty growing up :) Thanks so much B Family!!
