Oh how I love fashion....clothes....shoes.....accessories ;) One of my many perks of being a photographer is getting to check out all the clothes and accessories out there and photograph them and trust me this lovely lady has it all! ;) She put together SO many amazing outfits we could have carried this shoot out for days!! haha I love her style and her eye for fashion and so I was very happy we got together again this year for a fun fashion shoot. There doesn't have to be a "reason" to get your photo taken-- just do something special for you, mark this time in your life with photographs. You will look back on them and treasure them always. Brittaney + Scott {ND Engagement Photographer}

FINALLY a sunny and warm day for shooting! There wasn't even a lot of wind to contend with....a rarity in ND :) We had SO much fun shooting around downtown Fargo the time just flew by! Brittaney and Scott were game to try anything, I didn't even have to twist their arm too hard to get them down to Charlie's Ice Cream shop for some fun shots with a soda and an ice cream cone ;) While walking downtown Brittaney and I both spotted this LOVELY couch and we both had the same inclination....we had to use it-- what an amazing space! It was located in the Ecce Art Gallery. Thanks so much to Mark for letting us snap a few quick photos in there. This space can be rented for grooms dinners, rehearsal dinners, or wedding receptions. Mr. & Mrs. S {ND Wedding Photographer}

It was a cold and windy day in Fargo (surprise surprise) on Mr. & Mrs. S's wedding day, but we made the most of it with a brave wedding party willing to take on the elements for some fun downtown Fargo outdoor portraits. (thanks guys by the way ;) ) The wedding and reception took place at the beautiful Avalon Event Center in downtown Fargo. The rain and snow held out JUST long enough for us to venture around for our portraits. Who would have thought an April 30th wedding would be so cold?! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. S on your marriage! one word....LOVE.......

The people in love.....the family full of love......the details and wedding itself LOVE- a photographer's dream! Well, in my opinion anyway ;) I knew the minute I saw the bridesmaids shoes come out of the box it was going to be my kind of wedding! This wedding was FULL of gorgeous, fun, and thoughtful details by Jessica and Justin. When we first met discussing me shooting their wedding, I was thinking "hmmmm mid-February wedding in Fargo...." I was anticipating a blizzard and freezing temps and low and behold it was a GORGEOUS day, relatively "warm" - well warm enough for us to get outdoor photos (yeah!) The bridal party was amazing as well putting up with all of my crazy ideas and requests. These two are a truly special couple and got the GORGEOUS wedding day they truly deserve and I as their photographer was on cloud nine at every turn with how the day went and all the planning and thought they put into every inch of the day-- great day!!! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs K-- best wishes on your marriage, thank you SO much for asking me to be a part of your day!

Stacy- ND Maternity Photographer

I figured I better get this little sneak peek up since my good friend Stacy just had her baby :) Congratulations Stacy & Aaron! They were kind enough to brave the elements for an outdoors maternity shoot. We wanted something really unique and different than traditional maternity portraits and I think we got just the right mix! They even came prepared with some fun hats ad scarves to use without me even requesting- perfect! :) We had a lot of fun, even though it was a tad chilly ;) Stacy's little belly kept her nice and toasty and she even wanted to do a couple bare belly shots at the end! I love all of these and can't wait to share more, but for now a taste since their little boy has already entered the world now- thanks and congratulations again!!

A Trio of Brides - ND Wedding Photographer

These three lovely brides ALL met their hubbies at the Empire in Fargo, North Dakota, and had the great idea of all three of them doing a rock the dress session in the downtown area! And what a BLAST it was! We were quite the showstoppers walking down Broadway, three brides and a photographer toting equipment! The girls even got stopped by some tourists for a photo op of their own! One comment was they thought they were the Dixie Chicks haha! We had such a blast, what a fun idea for friends to get together and rock their dresses together!! This could lead to a whole NEW craze- rock the bridesmaids dress?? ;) Thanks ladies- it was such a blast!

Mr. & Mrs. Springer - ND Wedding Photographer

Well, if rain on your wedding day is good luck--- I'd say this couple has all the luck in the world!! Even though it was a rainy, rainy day it was still a gorgeous wedding day for a truly beautiful couple inside and out. It was a small, intimate wedding with close family and friends to truly celebrate the love between Laurel and Tim. The wedding had extra special touches since the groom is a pilot! He FLEW them from the church were the ceremony was at to the Fargo Air Museum where the reception and dance was! The weather let up just enough for them to make the flight. The day was filled with laughter, love, and tears-- such a special event and I was honored to be asked to take part in it and capture these memories for them- Congratulations Laurel & Tim! I met up with this sweet couple for some engagement photos in Fargo where they both live. We hit up some local hot spots and then a special place to them, The Empire ;) Had some fun and Nick always keeps you in stitches-- needless to say there were many "outtakes" from this session haha. Love Jenny's green umbrella for a prop -- thanks guys! Can't wait for October!!
