Cowboy Conspiracy {Creative Professional Portraits}

I met up with this talented group, Cowboy Conspiracy for a Creative Professional Portrait session. The group is an American heavy metal band from Minnesota. They have a Southern style that has been described as Whiskey rock and roll, Booze rock, Southern fried rock, True grit metal, and so on. The band is currently writing new songs, as well as recording a new album with the help of J Sharpe Studios. They will resume touring in Minnesota and their out of state tour dates will be posted soon after the album's completion at the end of January or beginning of February. For more information on the band please check out their Facebook page or their website www.cowboyconspiracy.net . It was great fun to work with these guys- even though it was chilly outside- we had a blast- thanks guys! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Beth Lee - Creative Professional Portraits

Wow--- how to put into a brief blog post about this amazing woman is kind of a tough thing.....In her own words, I will just give a few key points of what this beautiful girl is up to professionally-- "I'm a multi-faceted girl with an entrepreneurial spirit who is connecting the dots between three key components that comprise my being and making them into my career- creative spirit, compassionate spirit, and business spirit. " This girl is SO talented she has her fingers in many different pots- to name a few--- a graphic designer specializing in marketing and image branding, rehabilitating dogs in need of new homes for a local non-profit organization, and she is also in the midst of writing books and creating a YouTube channel featuring brief informational videos making business and leadership easier to understand by using her rural upbringing and extensive experience with animals to parallel corporate life and farm life.

Maybe most impressive of all of her endeavors is being one of only 1,000 people in 47 countries certified as a Founder's Circle Member of the John Maxwell Team. Maxwell is an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, and author. As a John Maxwell certified speaker/trainer/coach, Beth is available for workshops, seminars, coaching, keynote speaking, and aiding in personal and professional growth through these proven leadership methods. Wow, I hope I did all of that justice!! Again, what an amazing woman! I am so happy she asked me out to her farm to take these fun photos- even if it was quite cold and windy- thanks Beth!! Enjoy the sneak peek!!

Phatty Nattie's {Creative Professional Portraits}

I'm so happy to finally share this set of photos from the Phatty Nattie's Creative Professional Portrait Session! Phatty Nattie's is a group fitness center in Fergus Falls offering a wide variety of
fitness classes for all skill levels. Natalie was encouraged by members of Phatty Nattie's to enter a contest last spring submitting photographs (above) and a short article about herself. The grand prize was a cover photo for Fitness magazine. There were about 3600 entries and Natalie placed in the top 3 in the voting round!! What an achievement! But it didn't stop there, Natalie was chosen to have a story about her published in our local magazine In Good Company and this time she DID get honors of being on the cover! Way to go Natalie! Her cover photo for the magazine is the first of the photos above. Pick up a copy today and read more about Phatty Nattie's and Natalie's personal story. I am a member there and wouldn't go anywhere else- its addicting! The people, the classes, the instructors, the music, fresh routines-- ALL great, but what better addiction to have than one of wanting to work out at Phatty Nattie's. We LOVE Phatty Nattie's!! Fall classes start Tuesday and I am rearing to go! For more information please visit her website at http://www.phattynatties.com/. Thank you Natalie for all you do for us, I don't know what we'd do without your shining example!

This portrait style offers a whole new way for your customer to relate to you, connect, and market yourself to your target audience.

This session shown above is for a local hair salon 715 Hot Heads. We had an amazing time with this session and it is something unlike any other in our local area. They will definitely stand out from the crowd! Contact Holly D today to discuss the possibilities of your business and a creative professional portrait session! Salon owner Lauren Carlson had this to say about her creative professional portrait session, "Owning a business in the hair and beauty industry, I have found that one must make themselves stand apart from the others in a high fashion and attractive way. Thinking out of the box is old news, jumping out of the box is something I wanted to do. The beautiful models who participated are all clients of 715 Hot Heads and not only made the photos everything they are, but were classy and amazing all at the same time. Beauty is everything, every age, every size, every look. Working with Holly D is effortless; she is so talented and cutting edge and couldn't come more highly recommended. These pictures are the future of professional portraits." Down at 715 Hot Heads, their mission statement is "To create beauty, from the inside out" and that certainly shines through in their creative professional portraits.

I have another to session to share, but you'll have to keep watching the blog, its not quite ready to go public yet, but its another forward-thinking business right here in Fergus Falls.
