The J Family

I was happy to have the honor to photograph this lovely family in celebration of bringing home their newest addition, Baby X, and what a beautiful little baby she is. This family has such big hearts and was so wonderful. They welcomed me into their home to do the photo shoot and I think that makes it so much more personal and special. Baby X has a wonderful story behind her beautiful name and how she made her journey to be with the J family. I look forward to continuing to follow and watch baby X grow as the family is also a member of the Holly D Baby Club.

Desirae

I met up with Desire to take her senior pictures and she and her mom had some great locations in mind right around their home and then we headed into town for some more shots. We were being attacked by mosquitoes, but still got in some great shots- we even had a little audience in town, helping to get some great natural smiles ;) Thanks Desirae! Enjoy your senior year!

{Fair Love}

This couple did a little late 5th wedding anniversary shoot with me at the fair. It was SUCH a blast! A great couple and they were game to try all my ideas :) I have wanted to do a shoot at the fair for quite a while now and am SO happy I got to try out all my ideas and the weather was perfect! They got to go on rides, play games, and even have a little cotton candy; I think they had a very memorable 5th wedding anniversary :) Congrats Jenny & Joe- here's to many more!

Courtney

I did some quick head shots for my sister-in-law who will be auditioning for a movie! We had a blast finding little nooks and crannies and posing ;) Beautiful girl and I have no doubt she'll earn herself a part in the movie- Good Luck Courtney!

Cherished Moments

I got the honor of photographing this grandmother, mother, and granddaughter. Grandma is passing away from cancer and mom wanted some last photos of them together. They had a handprint kit and decided to imprint grandma's hand with baby H's little hand. It was so sweet. Prayers are going out to this family. I only met grandma once, but she seemed like a wonderful, kind, and caring woman and I know she will be greatly missed.

My Ketti Bag

As promised a couple photos of my new Ketti camera bag. I love it! Funky, fresh, and functional :) I've been waiting for this for a LONG time and now its here- yippee!!

Libbie Turns 1

My daughter had her 1st birthday on June 17th so of course we had to do the obligatory cake smash photo shoot to commemorate :) She was not too interested at first, but before long dug right in- made quite a mess too I might add, but its worth it for the cute photos :) I don't honestly know where this year went- it went by SO FAST- its times like this looking back I'm glad I have so many photos of my kids. Time goes by so fast. Love you my "Libbie Lou"

OBA Walk

A little behind here, but wanted to post just a few pics from the Operation Bootstrap Africa walk a few weeks back. It was a hot, HOT day out, but a great turn out! Thanks to all my followers for getting the bidding up to a nice amount for the donation to the cause. Special thanks to the winner, Lindy Kirsch- can't wait for our shoot together!

I met up with this lovely young lady to showcase her gorgeous senior prom dress. So lovely and I got permission to use the perfect location (my dream house) to match the style of the dress (Thank you Russell Family!) We had a lot of fun and she even got a few whistles from passers by ;) A special thank you also to Paris Turchin for styling Alyssa's hair!
